2. Products

Supermoon Studios designs and sells clothing and related products, produced in limited quantities.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including fabric composition, sizing, colour and fit. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

We recommend checking the garment measurements and sizing information provided on each product page before ordering.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP).

The total price, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed or there has been an obvious pricing error.

If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has already been taken, you will receive a refund.

5. Delivery

UK delivery is charged at £5.95 per order.

Supermoon Studios is an independent business, and orders are packed and dispatched personally.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and will send you a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

For Coming Soon products and preorders, estimated delivery dates will be communicated before purchase.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days.

6. Returns and Cancellations

We hope you will be happy with your Supermoon purchase, but understand that sometimes an item may not be right.

For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To arrange a return, please email info@supermoon-studios.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

You may try garments on as you would in a shop. We ask that items are handled with care and returned with their original labels where possible.

Where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and fit, we may make a deduction for any reduction in value, as permitted by law.

Return postage for change of mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, if earlier.

If you cancel and return your entire order within the legal cancellation period, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us.

We will work to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer legislation.

8. Intellectual Property

All original designs, photographs, imagery, graphics, logos and written content on this website remain the property of Supermoon Studios or their respective rights holders.

They may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior permission.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customer information is used to process orders, communicate about purchases and provide customer support, as further explained in that policy.
