These terms apply to orders placed through our website. Please read them alongside our Delivery & Returns information and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory consumer rights.

Products and availability

Supermoon sells clothing and related products in small quantities. We aim to describe garments, fabric compositions, sizing and colours accurately, but screen settings can affect how colours appear. Please use the measurements and fit notes on each product page when choosing your size.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and provide a refund for any amount paid for that item.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable taxes and the delivery charge will be shown before you place an order. UK standard delivery is currently £5.95 per order.

Payment is taken through the secure payment options offered at checkout. You can review your basket, delivery details and total price before submitting the order. By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods; we will send an order confirmation and contact you if we cannot fulfil an order.

Delivery and preorders

We aim to dispatch available products as quickly as possible and will email when your order is on its way. For Coming Soon styles and preorders, the estimated delivery timing will be shown before you order. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver goods within 30 days. If delivery is delayed, your legal rights continue to apply.

Cancellations and returns

For most online purchases, you have a legal right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. Let us know by emailing info@supermoon-studios.com; you then have 14 days to send the goods back. You may use the optional cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. You may try garments on as you would in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction if goods have been handled beyond what is needed to inspect them and their value has been reduced.

We will refund eligible cancelled orders to your original payment method within 14 days after receiving the goods back, or evidence that you sent them back, if earlier. Where you cancel and return an entire order within the legal cancellation period, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, please contact us. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer law are not affected by the change-of-mind returns policy.

Website and content

Product images, designs, writing and other original content on this website belong to Supermoon Studios or their respective rights holders. Please do not reproduce them commercially without permission. We aim to keep website information accurate and may correct errors or update products and prices. Changes will not remove rights attached to orders already made.
