Delivery

UK delivery is charged at £5.95 per order.

Supermoon is an independent one person brand, so every order is packed and sent by me. I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

For Coming Soon styles, estimated delivery timing will be shown on the product page before you order.

Returns

We hope you’ll want to keep your Supermoon piece, but if it’s not right, you can return it.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to make a return. Once you’ve notified us, the item should be sent back within the following 14 days.

Items must be returned unworn, with all original labels attached and in the condition in which they were received. You’re welcome to try garments on as you would in a shop.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. If you return your full order, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.
