Returns & Refunds
We hope you'll want to keep your Supermoon piece, but if it's not right, you can return it.
Please email info@supermoon-studios.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to make a return. Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
You're welcome to try garments on as you would in a shop. Please take care of them and return them with their original labels where possible. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its fit and characteristics, we may make a deduction for any reduction in value, as permitted by law.
Return postage
Return postage is paid by the customer for change of mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
If an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us. Your statutory rights apply, and we'll cover reasonable return costs where required.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, or evidence that you've sent it back, if earlier, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
If you cancel and return your entire order within the legal cancellation period, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.
